Poop!

Literally. Smeared all over the bathroom cabinets next to the toilet. How? He “stuck his hand in his butt and wiped it.” Why? Because he “felt like it.”
After we supervised the clean-up of poop on the bathroom cabinets, we had him clean the urine off of the floor and sent him to bed.
In case you have forgotten… Which he apparently has… He’s EIGHT!

What a gross thing to have to walk in and find in the bathroom! Did he seem apologetic about it afterwards or seem to understand why you would be upset about something like that?
Ugh! Poop is HARD to clean up, too!

No. That’s one of the odd things about it all. He doesn’t seem to understand why it’s an issue. Even after it is explained, he only seems to care about the fact that we are upset with him. This is unfortunately NOT new behavior. He doesn’t get it.

I have the same issue with my 5 year old son, I knew all along he had ADHD and I was just told by the doctor, I feel your pain.. It’s hard.
